Have recent event in your life disrupted the family flow? An affair, the hormones of a budding teenager, new blended family, or empty nesters?  A large number of couple and family issues stem from a lack of or poor communication issues.  Learn how to fight fair, communication without hurting one another, and most importantly - be heard by your partner and family members.  Fear of losing someone can hold you back from communicating your true feelings, and in the long run hurt more than help. ADHD also plays a major factor in communication issues. Learn the tools you need to get back on the same page or parent effectively.  

At any stage in your relationship - pre-marriage, empty nest or second marriage, the Prepare/ Enrich Program may be just with you need.  The program evaluates your relationship core strengths and areas where you need to work on.  The evaluation takes approximately 30 minutes from your computer at home and sends a report to me.  You sessions are then based on the results and learning to utilize your relationship strengths to build up your not as strong areas.
