Tele-Mental Health
You may not be able to make it into the office, busy schedules, kids homework, dinner, often take time away from scheduling time for yourself. Tele-mental health services may just be what you need. Options such as video conferencing and asynchronous texting/ emails can help keep you accountable for working on your therapy goals. HIPAA compliant and confidential, comfortable from your home or office when you can schedule. You may not be able to take time off each week from work for a 50 min face-to-face session plus drive time.
